In contrast with what happened in general to almost all the Modernista furniture which ended up going out of fashion, furniture designed by Gaudí is still as modern today as it was when it was first designed.
The Batlló chair is numbered and accompanied by a certificate, signed by the director of the Gaudí Cathedra, certifying that they is a faithful and exact reproduction of the original designed by Antoni Gaudí.
