Kintai is a sculptural table with a strong visual impact, characterised by an interplay of balance between its constituent elements. A true domestic architecture that evokes the oriental world and the theme of Zen balance. A balance that is not only static but also formal. The massive, solid, imposing base is set against a thin, elegant, floating top. Motionless and moving at the same time, Kintai is an expression of Zen balance.
