Meissen Porcelain

The 12. 5cm high vase "Royal Blossom" impresses with its simple, elegant design. The white vase made of biscuit porcelain is crowned by a sea of snowball blossoms, which testify to the more than 300-year history of the Meissen porcelain manufacturer. It is ideal as a flower vase or decorative object. King August III. already used the "Snowball Blossoms" as proof of love for his great love Maria Josepha of Austria. To this day, they are among the outstanding decors of the Meissen porcelain manufactory. Today as then, each flower is individually made by hand. The biscuit porcelain from which the vase was handmade is unglazed porcelain, resulting in a uniquely matte and slightly transparent porcelain structure.
